Dear vacationers,

The well-being and safety of our holidaymakers and our team have always been at the heart of our concerns.

There is no doubt that the spread of COVID-19 in Europe over the past few weeks has changed the way many of you prepare for your holidays.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, Camping Barralet has been constantly monitoring the evolution of the situation and following the government’s recommendations. They are constantly updated and can be consulted here. https://www.gouvernement.fr/info-coronavirus.

Concerned about your safety and the respect of government directives, the campsite is closed to holidaymakers until you can move around again in the best conditions.

For all questions and reservations please contact us by email at contact.barralet@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Given this context, you probably have a lot of questions about a future stay or your future holiday at our campsite.

Concerning your reservation :

  • If your stay is planned during the period of national confinement (until 11 May 2020) and therefore does not allow you to travel, we will automatically send you a credit note corresponding to the sums paid very soon. You will then be able to use this sum to book another stay for a period of eighteen months.

  • If your stay is planned during the period when the campsite is closed following the prefectoral decree prohibiting the reception of the public, (for the moment until the end of May), a government order of 25 March 2020 allows us to offer you the possibility of postponing your stay to a later date. We will send you a credit note corresponding to the sums paid. You will then be able to use this sum to book another stay for a period of eighteen months.

  • If you are unable to travel due to border closures or other COVID-19 prohibitions, a government order of March 25, 2020 allows us to offer you the opportunity to postpone your stay to a later date. We will send you a credit note corresponding to the amounts paid. You will then be able to use this sum to book a stay for a period of eighteen months.

Our commitment to you is to do our utmost to ensure that you will soon be able to come on holiday to our campsite with complete confidence. This is why we look forward to receiving the state health protocol to be put in place to guarantee the safety of all our clients as well as our team.

We thank you for your patience and trust. We hope to welcome you soon in our campsite.
