Update of 03/14/2022

A decree of March 12, 2022, published on March 13 in the Official Journal, and modifying decree number 2021-699 of June 1, 2021, acts the suspension of the vaccination pass and other measures related to the management of the health crisis (wearing of mask, physical distancing, etc.). Here’s a recap of what’s changed since March 14, 2022:

1 – The vaccination pass no longer applies

The application of the vaccination pass is suspended from March 14, 2022 in all places where it was required: campsites and restaurants. The vaccination pass can therefore no longer be required from March 14.

2 – Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory

Wearing a mask has been abolished in places where it was required, including work premises, so it is no longer required in campsites, including indoors. Nevertheless, the prefect of the department remains empowered to make it compulsory, except in residential premises, when local circumstances so require. It remains, moreover, compulsory in transport, customers remain free to continue to wear it if they wish.

3 – The list of barrier measures has been reduced

The decree of March 12, 2022 removes the need to respect social distancing, puts an end to the obligation to respect a physical distance of at least 1 meter between two people and 2 meters when wearing a mask is not possible.

The other barrier gestures must nevertheless continue to be observed:

– wash your hands regularly with soap and water or by rubbing with a hand disinfection solution (hydro-alcoholic gel)

– systematically cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing into your elbow

– blow your nose in a single-use tissue to be disposed of immediately in a trash can

– avoid touching your face, especially your nose, mouth and eyes.

Activities are possible without masks or distancing within the campsites, in compliance with those of the barrier measures maintained.
